general

  1. By commissioning me, you agree to follow these terms.

  2. I have the right to decline any commission I'm not comfortable with.

  3. It's best to have your references ready.

  4. I have the right to post the artwork on my social media and in my portfolio.

payment

  1. Payment method is either full upfront or partial payment.

  2. Payment via PayPal or Ko-fi

  3. No refunds.

usage rights

  1. Commissions are for personal use.

  2. Do not claim my art as your own. Please credit me when sharing online.

  3. You're NOT allowed to use my art for AI training or in any way related to generative AI.

process

  1. After discussing the character references and details, payment must come first before I start your commission.

  2. Turnaround time: 1-4 weeks, depending on the queue and complexity.

  3. My art style changes over time. Slight differences may exist between the examples and the final artwork.

This outlines the steps that I’ll keep you updated throughout the commission process.

revisions

  • Rough and refined sketch phase: free revisions.

  • Color and render phase: Minor changes such as color, text, and other small-scale revisions are free.

  • Color and render phase: Major changes such as changing the proportions, background, objects, accessories, clothes, and other large-scale changes have 4 free revisions. Beyond that will be an additional fee.

  • Final artwork: The 4 free revisions continue from the previous phase.
